We’re always on the lookout for a long toaster, and this digital from T-Fal fits the bill. The bagel function toasts the inside and gently warms the outside, and the defrost function makes one step toasting of frozen breads easy. The digital controls allow you to repeat the proper settings each time you use it — no more guessing, and the countdown timer lets you know how long it will be before the toast is ready. The extra-wide, self-adjusting slots are ideal for any bread thickness and ensure even toasting every time. At T-Fal TL6802002 4-Slice Digital Toaster

We’re always on the look out for the latest kitchen robot, and this robotic wet or dry mop bot navigates autonomously through a room and methodically cleans hard surface floors. The robotic cleaner uses widely available dry electrostatic or premoistened cloths that attach to the bottom of the robot and collect dust, dirt, and hair as the device courses linearly through a room or moves back-and-forth in a traditional mopping motion. Now we just need to get rid of our obsession with having a rug in our kitchen, and move to a bare floor so mop bot can do all the cleaning. At The Autonomous Wet/Dry Mop

Sure we don’t feature many large appliances or restaurant grade stuff, but this dishwasher for a commercial kitchen has it all and really impresses. Adjust-A-Peak feature allows user to adjust conveyor speed when various results are desired. Full automation activates sections only when rack is present and shuts down conveyor when no rack is present. Sounds safe to us! At Jackson AJ-100 287 Rack/Hr Conveyor Dishwasher

Check out the build guide at the link below for step-by-step build instructions and lots of pictures on how to make your own Flower Pot Smoker.. Via Lifehacker at Little Blue Egg

The Buechele Phonix is a stove top design that has a retractable hood. There are two sides to this design - on one side there’s a recirculating vent, the other, a warmer. On the back? A blackboard for leaving notes to those people in your kitchen life. We love the simple yet functional design paired with actual cooking action instead of a single cooking function that seems to dominate the design. Via Gizmodo at Beuchele
