it will be legit when you go to the showcase and pay for it. they tell everyone they won. Don’t get me wrong there is a trip but you will pay for it, and you will also be the brand new owner of their products that they are selling.

the Better Business Bureau shoudl have info on them.

we went to a thing like this. sat thru the ‘lecture’, got a pretty clock, spent a nice night at a hotel for free. even got lunch for free. went home. no more contact. once they realized we were too poor to buy the timeshare they were selling, they left us alone.

ask BBB about them. but if you don’t have to pay to travel far, I’d go. their cookware is nice and you just might like it. you can also look them up on Google.

http://www.google.com/search.hl=en&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-us%3AIE-SearchBox&q=kitchen+craft+cookware+&btnG=Search&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=

personally, I have pieces of the set my mom bought back in the sixties. I don’t and she didn’t use them as ‘waterless’ cookware, we just cooked normally in them. but they’ve lasted this long quite nicely. they’re an ‘heirloom’ set. sure they’re expensive, but an American made set of heavy stainless cookware is priceless when you really think about it.

take your vacation, look over the cookware. just realize you get THREE DAYS to cancel if you happen to get talked into one of their Thousand dollar sets or more.

Everyone who shows up at the demonstration has been told they won. You will probably get a free stay in a timeshare, but you will have to pay airfare and incidentals.

You will DEFINITELY get a hard core sales tactic on overpriced cookware. They will tell you how every other cookware causes cancer, how your food won’t stick in their pans, etc. A set will cost you well over 2K, when you can buy AllClad (better) for $700. They have VERY shady financing practices. There are loads and loads of complaints about their bait and switch practices and their scare tactic salesmanship. you will end up with a jacked up 30% interest rate if you sign on the dotted line. Last year I saw an “on your side” report on local news about this very scam. They bilked an engaged couple out of $3000, wouldn’t refund or return, and ruined their credit, even garnished the groom’s wages. Know how they got sucked in. a bridal show and the promise of a free trip. BEWARE.
