I love an appliance that multitasks, and this Magimix cuisine system seems to be all the rage in food processors/mixers right now. This looks like a great way to mince a lot of fresh herbs. You place herbs in the mill and then twist the handle. The blades mince the herbs quickly. I wonder whether it would work for garlic too? It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning
