This electric fondue set is suitable for chocolate, cheese, broth or oil, and includes the base, bowl, temperature probe, 8 fondue forks, and fork rack. It’s made with a brushed stainless-steel 3-quart bowl that features a nonstick interior. The removable temperature control is adjustable for wide range of recipes, and the unit is safe for immersion and dishwasher. We’re pretty sure we need to go electric for longer fondue parties, so this has just been added to our Fall fondue list. At Cuisinart CFO-3SS Electric Fondue Maker

Venetian bronze kitchen appliances. Do they exist.

I am looking for venetian bronze or antique bronze kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, range, etc.). NOT oil-rubbed bronze like the Jenn Air set. Does anybody know of any manufacturers that have done this yet. It seems like a strange choice NOT to manufacturer appliances in this finish since this is a very HOT finish for […]

Sure - we have lots of bottle openers - but not a lightsaber bottle opener for the kitchen. If you need to bring out that inner chef and jedi in yourself, pop open a cool one while cooking with probably the coolest bottle opener this side of Naboo. At Lightsaber Bottle Opener

I love an appliance that multitasks, and this Magimix cuisine system seems to be all the rage in food processors/mixers right now. The Magimix is a food processor, mixer, citrus press, juice extractor, mandoline slicer, grater, mini chopper, and blender all in one. Is that all? It can’t walk the dog and put the kids to bed? It comes with a double blade and discs, a dough blade, 3 preparation bowls, spatula, storage case, storage holder, citrus press, cream whipper, and juice extractor. At Magimix Cuisine System

This looks like a great way to mince a lot of fresh herbs. You place herbs in the mill and then twist the handle. The blades mince the herbs quickly. I wonder whether it would work for garlic too? It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning

What do bloody Zionists owe traumatized Lebanese Jews.

[Cue the violins.] I’ve been reflecting on the despicable treatment meted out to Lebanon’s Jews by the Israelis. Lets examine the Sephardi regular, Nabil. (Lets not examine the fact that in private emails he couldn’t answer very basic questions about Judaism. He claimed he didn’t want to discuss his religion.) Lets focus on the enormous […]
