I am a property manager and I was having trouble with craigslist. I only post my homes once a week and your allowed to repost every 48 hours. I still find that to be overkill and only post once a week. To begin with I kept getting kicked out when I would try and post an ad. Than they kicked me out and said I needed to change my password. I had to re-authorize my account with my phone, and had to call the helpline to do that. So I finally got my properties us, when I got an email saying my advertisement had been flagged and deleted. Why would that happen.
Here is the ad that I posted:
COME AND SEE THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO.
ITS SETUP IS BASED OUT OF A PARKLIKE SETTING.
QUIET LOCATION.
PRIVATE ENTRANCEWAY AND FENCED IN PATIO.
ALL NEW RENOVATIONS.
ALL APPLIANCES ARE INCLUDED.

24/7 ON SITE SECURITY
LARGE POOL AND CLUB HOUSE FOR YOUR PLEASURE.
WATER AND SEWER ARE INCLUDED
HIGH SPEED INTERNET AVAILABLE
ISLAND STOVETOP AND COUNTER
MODERN SUITES
BUSINESS CENTER
WE PAY YOUR CONDO FEES
SECTION 8 IS WELCOME TO APPLY
I did have to use some pics I found off the internet because one place was a condo and there were many of them. Could this be why I was flagged.
I am really getting upset by this and use craigslist as a networking tool, and would like to know why this is happening. I’m not some spammer messing with people’s accounts. I have a legitimate reason for posting.
Anyways if someone could please answer this I would be greatful, because I really want to know what is going on with my account.
Thanks so much.

Craigslist is supposed to be for private citizens and you sound like you are using it for your business. What category did you post your ad in. If it was deemed to be incorrect, then it would be flagged. Anyone can flag postings on Craigslist. It could be a competitor flagging your stuff.
You should really have a website for your business instead of sleezy craigslist. Craigslist is the last place I would go if I were looking for a place to live. People become victims of serious crimes nearly every day when they answer ads on Craigslist.
It sounds like you are running a scam and they turned you in. You can only advertise a real condo, not a made up one for calls.
