We just bought our first home. We have been living in an apartment for quite some time so we already own most of the basic, furniture, large basic kitchen appliances, bedroom set, etc. We don’t know what other things we will need in our new house. The only thing we could think of was a Lawn Mower. WHAT ELSE.
My family has asked us to make a list. They insist on giving housewarming gifts and they want to know what we would need.

You would ASK for gifts. Never heard of such a thing.
Food/cleaning supplies/tools/art/towels/organizational shelving/backyard items
a gift card to Lowe’s. so you can get the things you’ll find later that you need.
mower, edger, grass scissors.hammer, nails, pliers, screwdrivers, flashlights, etc. step ladder. stool ladder. construction trash bags. buckets, mops, brooms for outside cleaning.
