OK, so I’m redesigning my dream kitchen.
Cupboards are pale pink
floor is blue with sparkly bits in it
Work surface is also blue with sparkly silver bits
Walls - one is pale yellow, one pale blue, two white
Tiles are a mixture of plain yellow, pale blue and pale pink.
What colour should I paint the ceiling.

with all the colors you have going I would just pick one
Since you already have a lot going on in the room, I would leave or paint the ceiling off white. I very rarely advise my clients to paint the ceiling anything other than an off white or very neutral color.
I think the ceiling would be fine if left white. But if you have your heart set on it being something other than that, i would go with yellow since you already have two things that are pink, and several that are blue. It would keep it evened out.
you have a lot of color going on, so the worst thing for you to do is to throw a color on the ceiling. Dark walls are ok in a nice open area, but a ceiling of color will make the room feel weighed down and much smaller then it truly is, a big design no no. if you really want it though, go with a very light or pale color, such as one answer said yellow, but go as light as you can.
According to your color suggestion, I think lite lemon yellow color can be suitable for kitchen ceiling. It is my suggestion only. So you have to only finalize
