I am looking for suggestions from those who own Le Creuset cookware as to which piece they use most. I own All Clad, but I would love one bright, vibrant Le Creuset piece in my kitchen repertoire. Which one would I get the most use from.

A medium size saucepan.
They certainly are a classy item
The round dutch oven would become the most used cookware in your kitchen.
Edit — be careful about your choice because this cookware is very heavy.
I would buy a good size roaster. You can use it to cook in the oven or on top of stove. what ever you are cooking, a large chicken of a small piece of chicken you can do it in a roaster. It great for making soups & chile. Cooking a roast in the oven with the lid on the meat is so tender.
I would buy one of their 8 or 10 quart round (or oval) dutch ovens. These things are great. They are by far the most versatile piece Le Creuset offers, and the most popular for that reason.
I would get the oval dutch oven, I use mine all the time oh wait, on there they are called french ovens
and I adore these mini cocottes

A 5 or 6 Qt dutch oven,.I have one and I love it.u can make anything in it .When I have guests I make coq-au-vin or chicken w 40 cloves of garlic in it.so easy.and those colors are beautiful u can just serve straight from it
I like my Caphalon set as well my Kitchen Aid set. I have a casserole from Le Creuset and I would have never purchased it myself. It is so heavy and really harder to clean than what I would expect for something so expensive. They do look nice, especially the new colors but I am not impressed.
The LeCreuset items used in the movie “Julie/Julia” were the 6 quart dutch oven in Cherry Red. At Macy’s these are $229. I couldn’t afford it so I bought the Lodge instead. I think the dutch oven for roasting and braising would be the most useful. Bon appetit.
