		<description>I use a variety, depending on what and how I am preparing foods. But for heavy foods, or things that will be simmering for a while, I prefer Le Creuset, which are enamel-clad cast iron pieces for very even heating, easy clean up and no-stick worries. I use Calaphon pieces for sauces, skillet needs, etc.
And then there are times when I use stainless steel, but the Le Creuset gets the most use</description>
