Kitchen Appliances

I need help finding 6 errors in the following letter. Here are the ones I already found:
1) request should be requested.
2)kitchen should have a capital “K.”
3) Renovating the Kitchen should be underlined or in quotations.
4)Firday should be Friday.
5)Period after December 1st.
6)
What is the last one. I am thinking it is either:
-the first sentence in the last paragraph should be publication are instead of publication is.
OR
-Should December 10th be December 10 or December 1st be December 1.

Gentlemen:

We expect to be able to send the booklets request in your December 10th letter early next week.

We had hoped to have this unusual pamphlet, which is called Renovating the kitchen, ready on December 1st Our printer, who has been having production problems, told us yesterday that he will have a small supply in our office on Firday.

We are as eager to see the finished booklet as you are because we know the ideas presented in this publication is without doubt the best that have ever been offered to our customers.
