It is a spray and is not harmful once it drys in 5 minutes. Spray around the outside and around the baseboards of each room. You will not see one insect for quite some time. You’ll have to read the package, I think the spraying is effective for three months, so you should spray about 4 times a year. Getting rid of the spider webs will not get rid of the spiders. You have to kill the spiders. My son is petrified of spiders, has been since he was a toddler and still is as a young adult. Funny thing, this kid will get on his motorcycle and race through the woods like a mad man winning championships and climb ladders to work on high pitched roofs, but he is afraid of one species of a bug. Most people aren’t afraid of spiders, so simply won’t understand (and I don’t think creepy crawly clearance will be part of your maintenance and management contract). Get your rubber gloves on and tackle it yourself. Get some fly/bug spray, give the apartment a good old spray all around then leave for a few hours (don’t stay in the flat after spraying - you don’t want to inhale all those chemicals). Then come back, open the windows to air the apartment and set to with a feather duster on a long stick to sweep the cobwebs away (those pesky spiders should have died/retreated with the bug spray). The sooner you get it done, the sooner you can rest in peace.
