First and foremost. downsize. There has to be at least 10 things you haven’t used in a year or longer. It’s just taking up space, so give it to someone who will use it. If you have upper cabinets with the space between the top and the ceiling, organize your like-color pots and pans on top of them or even all your cook books. I have 8 stainless pots/pans on top of mine (from smallest to largest) and it saves me soooo much space. My oven has the pot drawer underneath that I can now store my appliances (rice cooker, blender, processor, etc) in.
