The BarbeSkew is a rotisserie BBQ that constantly rotates your meat, instead of leaving it static on a grill to burn in place when you forget to flip it. How does it work? Is this house a good buy.

Two-story colonial - foreclosure - 260K, putting down 3.5% (9,100) plus some closing costs but requesting seller (bank) to contribute 3% (7800).
