I live in North Eastern Oklahoma. I opened the drawer for the ice cream scoop and saw a snake. I almost had a danged heart attack. It was a small one, probably about a foot and a half long. At the fattest point, no larger in diameter than a nickel. The snake was black but it had a .diamond. shaped pattern along its back. I have searched images on google and can’t seem to find a picture that looks similar. I did see the diamondback rattlesnake but it did not have the rattles on its tail. Does anyone know what kind it might be. I don’t remember what shape the head was. I KNOW. Should have been the first thing I looked at. I have already got that lecture from the hubby.

hmm.do you remember what color it was.
anywho, you should call a service anyway. it could be poisonous or left venom (some snakes have venom practically dripping from their teeth) on your utensils of something.
you dont want it to live and die in there =P
