		<description>Buy her the brand you use and are happy with.  Cookware is particular to the person as to how they cook.  The Caphalon line is a good line and in stainless not so heavy.  Some upper end lines are quite heavy and difficult to use.  Caphalon at least has come out with a little lower end line that sells in places like Target that are great without the extreme cost.  Many other brands are as well.  Analon is one to look at.  But so many chefs have come out with cookware lines that I am sure any of them would work well and your mother would be pleased.  Only you know her preferences and how she cooks.</description>
