I have white Laminate counter tops in my kitchen of my new apartment. Last night, a newspaper was left sitting on the counter top. (It must’ve been wet) and now there’s ink lettering stained on the counter top. I tried using basic household cleaning supplies and nothings working. There’s still a faint ink stain on the bright white counter top. Can someone with experience in cleaning white laminate counter tops PLEASE help me. I’ve googled and Yahoo’d things and got some ideas, but can someone please reply to me who HAS a laminate counter top who might have a suggestion. Thanks

powdered ajax
Clorox cleanup is always what I’vee used it removes all stains from laminate sometimes you have to let the spray sit a minute to work its magic but it will remove your stains even things like red punch will disappear -its alot less harsh than regular bleach or powdered cleansers that can scratch or dull your counters too.
AMO is right, use the clorox cleanup and let it sit on the stain for 5-10 minutes. I have those same ugly counter tops and my kids are always getting stains on them. I spray the cleanup on it and leave it for 5-10 minutes then use a scrubber to remove the rest. Comes off clean.
try net bleach
I use clorox clean up, it has bleach in it and it always removes the kool-aid stains my husband and daughter leave on the counter. I just spray it on and let sit for a few seconds then wipe off.
I have the same problem with laminate counter tops. What I have to do every day is spray clorox 1/2 strength mixed with water and let it sit for a while. I have also used a magic eraser which works just as well. They are more expensive. But both work. Downside to the bleach is the smell and ruining your clothes if it gets on them. I go with whichever i have at the moment. My laminate is old so I have to do it daily to keep it looking nice.
