The screws have come loose and so the door keeps falling off. Is there a way that I can fill the holes with something and then screw them back in. I do not have the tool that routes out the big circle needed to put the hinge in another place. Thank you in advnace

Put matchsticks in the screw holes with a little glue as well.
Try something like “no more nails” or “pinkgrip” or “gripfill” available from any hardware store like B&Q. Put a dab of this behind the round hinge. Nothing will shift this once it sets.
You could also try a bit of wood filler in the screw holes but i doubt it would last.
An easy option would be to just put a couple of matches in the screw holes to fill it out a bit, before replacing the screws but this is a bit of a bodge job and won’t last long at all, especially if the door is in constant use.
Jamb wooden match sticks in the holes and cut or break them off flush.
If that doesn’t work try putting Gorilla Glue on the screws and let it dry overnight before opening the door. It expands as it drys and will lock the screws in place.
if the glue and the match stick thing fails then try using a number 8 screw as most kitchen door hinges are put on using no6 but you must check it is not to long as it will come out the other side
