Actually it sounds really inexpensive. Almost too much so. Ps: I find it interesting that your refer to NYC, NJ and CT as the Tri-State area. I came to know the point where NY, NJ and PA converge as the Tri-State area as I grew up. NJ and CT do not meet. Sounds like a good price to me.
