		<description>When can I move in. I dont know your location so I cant say for sure,,but it does play a big part. I would definatly get a security deposit and no pets.Sounds nice it would go for a nice price in the right area.</description>

		<description>it very much depends on your location.some places can charge more, some less. I know a 4bdrm near me would be somewhere around 1500-2000/mth.but in some places that is peanuts. I highly recommend charging your mortgage+utilities+insurance and make a little chunk for repairs in your estimate for charging rent. Check out local newspapers and view some rentals similar to your sq footage and base your estimate around theirs. you could also get a real estate agent to come give u an estimate of what they would charge. Sometimes renting can be a pain.you have to find somone who takes care of your home and is willing to stay long term and not a couple months, pays rent and is quiet.and if you get all this it&#8217;s half the battle.
