There’s a book called, “How to Sell Your Home in 5 Days” by William G. Effros. You can check at your local library if you don’t want to buy a copy. He says his method will work in any market and on any house. He states that you will get fair market value for your house. You might want to check it out.

If there was one secret to selling houses fast, everyone would know it. It would be on tv every day. Your house sounds great. But if there are 30 others for sale on your street, that changes everything. If you are the only one for sale, raise the price.
Get it up for sale and ask us another question when the buyers start to appear. /
