I have a beautiful 2 bed room (1000 Sq feet) basement suit with full kitchen and bathroom including 6 appliances. The only thing, it is lacking of is bathroom tub (it has free standing shower). My question is, would I be having a problem to renting it or it should be alright. Or if put the new tub, would it cost too much money. Thanks
