A lot of kitchen and bath places will help you with a lay-out and will install/deliver your purchases. Even Home Depot does this. As for the other items, new doors, switching rooms up - if you take it one room at a time, you can do it. If your budget of $7,000.00 includes furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops - than no, an interior designer would probably not be able to help you. I would check anyway with some interior decorators and designers in your area, maybe students or someone just starting out. You could do most of it yourself.
